With a background in commercial construction spanning from New England to the Pacific Northwest, as well as projects internationally, Sonny Alarcon gained firsthand insight of the tools required to rehab and rejuvenate expansive commercial venues. Along this journey he began to gain insight from property owners the benefits of real estate ownership which in turn led him to acquiring his first commercial property in 2019 right on the center of Main St of the up-and-coming commerce district of Springfield, Oregon. After realizing the power of seller-financing to secure his first property, Alarcon recognized an opportunity to acquire his second commercial space later that year which led him to acquiring the neighboring residential property the year after, all via seller-financing. Seeking a more desirable climate, Alarcon relocated to Southern California in 2020 where he resides with his family and focuses his attention on all facets of real estate acquisitions.

Conceptual design and execution of food and beverage concepts, establishing menus, corporate culture, staff development and defining the customer experience is the passion that has driven Timothy Stevens’ professional career. With over 20 years of composing floorplans and infrastructure design along with the implementation and administration of buildout and operational budgets of both collegiate and private sector restaurants, Timothy Stevens realized the formulas needed to provide profitability among the narrow margins of the restaurants business could be applied to nearly any capital venture. Stevens has since launched numerous start-ups across multiple industries as the co-founder of a thriving consulting firm specializing in small-business start-ups and financial management. The constant search for clients’ brick and mortar headquarters turned Stevens on to his latest passion of assisting clients with rewarding real estate experiences.
Alarcon and Stevens, who first met in college in 2000, reconnected professionally fifteen years later for a full-service bar & restaurant project in a beach-side resort town in Costa Rica which Alarcon was constructing and sought out Stevens for menu development. The now state-side team, who have since founded several successful business ventures in the Pacific Northwest and Southern California, currently focus on expanding their collective real estate portfolio, primarily California-based while keeping eyes out for opportunities in other markets such as their acquisitions in New York, Florida and Illinois. Alarcon’s unrivaled ability to ascertain exceptional real estate opportunities paired with Stevens’s meticulous accounting and business insights are the driving forces behind the success of their ventures. Alarcon and Stevens favor holding properties for highest and best use which currently includes short-term rentals, long-term rentals and future development.
